Bob Stanisich and Garth Liburd have always been my favorite to work with always so professional and take care of my car needs in a timely manner even on a drop in Service! Works with pride and friendly!

They never called me to let me know that my car was ready. I was sitting around waiting all day and continued to call throughout the day and kept getting sent to voicemail by the service agent Robert.

The reps that assisted me were not genuine. They didnāt seem like they wanted to help. Felt like I was being ripped off. I felt rushed.

Everything was carefully explained, including being notified of any additional services and what was to be an out of pocket expense. I was taken to and from my home with excellent care.

Went in for an oil change was told I needed brakes but now after receiving the oil change my brakes are feeling a little different & I had know problem when I went into the dealership just wanted an oil change

Alvaro provided me with great service. I did not appreciate the fact that the lease price that I was initially told was extremely higher than the one I was told over the phone prior to coming in. Once I negated that offer, they came back with a more reasonable offer although it was somewhat higher than what I was led to believe it would be. Everyone was great, however, the USB ports in the automobile donāt work. I had a feeling Iād miss checking something. Why would you folks sell a car with faulty USB ports, or it could be in the fuse box. Not only did it put me in harmās way, but now Iāll need to get the car serviced to get that repaired.

milage on the rav4 was 116oo. why the service was for a 15000 mile with no oil change. I am not sure that I got the right service. Got no explanation.

I took the car for tire rotation because the four tires are under warranty and it was not done. There was a nail in one of the tire and they did fixed it. I had to bring what I noticed to assistant manager. A week later I to wait two and a half hours to get the the same tire plug replaced. I was so annoyed and frustrated.

Truck under warranty, in for regular maintenance. I ask for passenger sun visor to be fixed, because the clip kept coming off every time I opened the visor. I said if you have to order part, just mail it to me I can replace myself. The part had to be ordered. I get notified the part is in, but bc it is under warranty they have to replace it and need the old visor. I make appointment and go in and wind up waiting 2.5 hours, for something that should have been 20 minutes. It took longer than the oil change. Ridiculous. ...


Took 2 hours 40 minutes to get an oil change and tire rotation done. Their multi point inspection listed multiple parts as operational even though they have been for multiple weeks. Was told my aftermarket brakes werenāt good even though the inspections shows them in āvery goodā condition.

If I could give it no stars I would. A deal was made with the salesman and his manager for the purchase of a car. But when we got to the finance person that deal is not honored and be very careful because he'll put things on and shove papers in your face so fast that you'll be purchasing things that you had no idea. Slow down read everything and make him explain. I will never do business with Lipton Toyota again. And honestly, Toyota dealerships seem to be famous for this.

I scheduled an appointment this past Friday to have a recall on my Tacoma fixed, Travis the assistant service manager told me the part was in and they took my car. The service manager then called me 4 hours later and told me that my repair was completed. I just received a call this morning that the repair was not completed as the part never arrived. This has to be the most incompetent dealer in the Southeast!!!!
