Assistant Service Manager Alesk is excellent in his position! I just recently changed to him as my service advisor because of poor service from previous advisor. I used to live closer to Lipton Toyota yet I still drive the distance to stay with Lipton. I was considering switching to Al Hendrickson Toyota which is two miles from my home! However, after speaking with Alesk and getting his assurance he would take good care of my Toyota and listen to my requests for specific services I gave him a chance. What a difference in the quality of service from him!

I bought this 2008 tundra new from Lipton and financed it thru State Farm . I was always very happy with the service. I think the service guy back then was Andy Garcia. He always took good care of me and my Tundra. Iāll never forget when Lipton had a program that if when you got an oil change that guaranteed a free oil change if it was not finished in their specific time period. That did not last long as they were never able to get it done in time. I did enjoy my free oil change.
